2. Keep your content up to date

SEO is an ever-evolving field. The algorithms of search engines change. New trends appear in the market. Customers shift priorities. Your SEO has to be agile and meet these demands. That means you have to continually work on it and develop new strategies. 

3. Avoid black hat SEO

Black hat SEO is a term for focusing solely on SEO and not the user. Black hat SEO is things like keyword stuffing, invisible text, and doorway pages. These techniques only hurt your brand and do not help with your marketing strategy. They are best avoided.
